We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and sometimes you may need to cancel your private workshop booking. To ensure that our business runs smoothly, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than one week in advance of the workshop date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made less than one week in advance of the workshop date will not be eligible for a full refund. A 50% refund will be provided in this case.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for no-shows. If you can’t make it please let us know in advance so we can come to a resolution.
