1. Shipping Providers:
   We partner with Go Sweet Spot and DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
2. Order Processing and Courier Times:
   We strive to process and dispatch all orders on the same day they are received. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day. Please note that courier times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
3. Tracking:
   To provide peace of mind and ensure the visibility of your order's journey, all our shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking link via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your package.
4. Shipping Costs:
   Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping fee displayed at checkout reflects the cost charged to us by the courier. We do not mark up shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees when they arrive in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
