Auckland Public Fragrance Workshop

Following a suggestion that a family member would love to do your Workshop, I went on line to find details of how to contact you! I phoned your Auckland number over about three days, probably about 7 or 8 calls and not once was the phone answered, not even a chance to leave a message - and it was the correct number, seen also quoted on the Gift Card I subsequently purchased. During this time I posted three emails to you stating my query re a Gift card. I was about to give up when I received an email to say you were a small operation and someone would get back to me in due course. I waited and waited for that to happen and subsequently received another email to say contact the Auckland number and leave a message - the same number that no one answers!! I was about to give up - when I thought there must be somewhere I can actually physically go - and found you had an outlet in Barrys Point Road. Went there, waited for service, a lady turned up and yes I could get a gift card but then waited nearly 30mins while she couldn’t find what she needed, something wasn’t working with her IT, had to disappear and was away from the desk for sometime, came back, attempted to sort it all out, and finally asked for payment - but could not work the eftpos machine - it turned out it was not on. Disappeared a second time and I asked another person if she could indicate that I didn’t have much time - I came from Orewa and had an appointment in Birkenhead to which by this time I was late. Gift card purchased and receiver was absolutely delighted, in fact over the moon! I can only say I hope she has a fabulous experience, it might go someway to alleviating the frustration of getting in touch and doing business with you!!! Have to add, your outlet was beautiful to be in with the mix of fragrances - but you need to make it easier to let your customers contact you to enjoy them.

This was the most amazing experience and I can’t highly recommend this enough. Truly made some amazing memories with my daughter and mother. Thankyou yo your amazing team. All our perfumes were incredible and feel very honoured to have had this day in Auckland at Miller Road

It was a fantastic experience with friendly and helpful staff. Every step was well calculated and I think the first level of fragrances was a little difficult to choose but by the second level you were in the feel of it! I ended up with a beautiful fragrance and my bestie with a completely different perfect fragrance! Great experience well recommended

This was hands down one of the best things my daughter and I did in Auckland! It was so much fun and an experience I’ll never forget!!! Thank you for making it so memorable!!!!
